Dagannoth Prime is the magic wielding king within the dagannoth lair and hits the highest out of the three. He is weak to melee based attacks. I would highly recommend you focus and take him out first to make these bosses much easier. Be careful while fighting him and his brethren because you will be facing all three at the same time and will be vulnerable to the other two.
